Flying Etiquette 101

Check out Jetlagged Comic for some great Bahahas

My full time gig (other then being an amazing wife and totally cool mom) is being employed as a Flight Attendant. The majority of the time this is “the” most awesomest job ever but, sometimes you find yourself shaking your head at the human race.  I truly don’t think people have any intentions of travelling and trying to piss off their Flight Attendant or seat mate (well for most people anyway) but rather they are just oblivious to airplane common sense.
I’ve been working a crazy amount lately and thought maybe it would be advantageous to compile a little list of some of the most irksome things that always seem to happen, in hopes that maybe one day the list will make the rounds and then everyone will live gloriously ever after including your Flight Attendants.

#1 – Manners…… These will go a long way for you in any situation. Getting on the plane for instance. See the Flight Attendant standing at the door saying hi to EVERYONE? Yes, that’s right even to you. Please don’t just stare at us and keep walking. This applies to humans of every age…..teach your children to reply back when someone speaks to them. This tip also applies in reverse….when you get off the plane, please say goodbye.

#2 – Luggage….. So you are bringing your rolling bag onto the aircraft, that’s great, however….. Is it heavy? Can you lift it by yourself into the overhead bin? Did you pack your rock collection? (true story, an elderly lady packed her huge-normous rock collection to bring with her on a flight). If you can not lift it, chances are neither can your Flight Attendant and you should really be checking it in.  On the topic of luggage…..so, you successfully got your bag into the bin but you can’t close it?   If it’s hanging off the edge because it’s too large the bin will not magically close once a Flight Attendant touches it.  We are magical but we aren’t that good. So please check those in too.Read More

Forskolin Fit Pro Review – Super Pill or Scam

20160607_115600I was contacted by a company called Fame Fitness Network.  They emailed me and said they read my fitness reviews on my blog and said they would love to have me join their company to do product reviews. Wow! Really? Me?!?!?! Flattered I filled out the form to get started.

In order to start with them they ask I order a bottle of Forskolin Fit Pro and do a review. I google it and see a product review from Dr OZ stating how revolutionary this new found herb is to help eliminate fat all the while retaining and building your muscle. Sure, why not right?

I fill out the order form and low and behold I have to pay for shipping. Simple, easy, five bucks, okay.  The form also stats that if I did not cancel my “subscription” before 15 calendar days from my free trial order’s confirmation email date I would be automatically enrolled in their auto ship program, however I may cancel at ANY time. Still I’m thinking, easy peasy. Sign on and away I go fully anticipating doing a great review and also getting more products to review from Fame Fitness Network.
Of course I receive my confirmation/celebratory email thanking me for my order.

Next I receive my shipping confirmation and that is when the red flags begin.  Looking at the shipping dates I am informed that my product will arrive Read More

Fitgirls Guide APP

I get a lot of traffic here with people reading my fitness reviews.  One that I have done that I absolutely RAVE about is the Fitgirls Guide.  Not only is the guide amazeballs but the girls behind it are funny as hell.

They have just recently released their Beta App available for IOS.  It has an easy to follow 28 day challenge which you can digitally mark off as you go.  It also comes with samples of how to do the exercises, some DEE-lish recipes and links to all the Fitgirls Challenges.  Keep in mind this is just a scaled down version of the actual Fitgirls program.  To truly get the most out of the plan I would recommend purchasing at least one of the programs.  They are super low cost with a great return on your investment.

You can get the App here.  Trust me it’s worth a try.
