Waffle Time!

Today I decided to change up my Waffle experience and boy was it an amazeballs idea!!!!!

Ingredients for this DEE~lish creation were:

1 scoop protein powder (I used chocolate)
2 egg whites and 1 whole egg
3/4 mashed banana
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut
1 Tbsp 100% pure maple syrup (cause I’m Candian-eh?!)

A little water to thin it out and whamo~one protein packed post workout waffle 🙂

The macros worked out to be-
Carbs-35g
Fat-9g
Protein-41g

Of course the carbs would be way lower without the maple syrup.  Try it-you will LOVE it!

Waffles ~YUM!!!!

Truly one of the quickest, yummiest and super healthiest waffles I’ve tasted.  I enjoy trying all sorts of new stuff and am glad I came upon this one.  Try it out~AMAZEBALLS!

1/4 cup egg whites
1 egg
4 Tablespoon quick oats
1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 Tablespoon rasins

Whisk together your egg and whites.  Add in the remainder of the ingredients.  Pour into waffles iron until light turns off.  Voila!

If you are looking for a little more protein add a couple slices turkey bacon for 70cals and 4 more grams of protein.
