The proverbial -New Years Resolution for me this year, like many I’m sure, was to lose a little around the middle. What instigated this all was Instagram. So many fit people ALL-THE-TIME! If looking at women with perky butts doesn’t motivate you to do better/more, I’m not sure what will.
On my trolling towards motivation I came across The FitGirls Guide. There were so many comments and people talking it up, I thought I’d research a little more. Stalking a few of these Fitgirls I notice that there’s nothing I can find where people are saying they don’t like it and since the program is only about $25 why not. What’s the most I could lose except a few inches.
The program comes as an easy to follow guide in a nice little PDF. They give you a complete 28days of exercise and recipes. I really enjoyed it and the community of Fitgirls on Instagram and their support of each other is HUGE.
In short the program is great. The meals are DEElish, workouts are easy to follow and the gals that wrote the program are SUPER funny! However if your looking for a super hard workout you’ll have to modify them a little to kick it up a notch.
